A test system is only as good as the platform behind it. VILOOK TECH's Automation Inspection Platform brings the two halves together: Deep Logic, an industrial test-automation software, running on the modular V-Chassis hardware and its function cards. Together they replace one-off, in-house test apps with a flexible, reusable platform for ICT, FCT and functional inspection.
Deep Logic — the test software
Deep Logic is an industrial test and control automation platform that lets you create and deploy flexible test solutions instead of maintaining standalone internal applications. It is built for the production floor: engineers author test sequences, operators run them, and every result is logged.
- Create and run test scripts — build and execute test sequences for each product and line.
- Save log files (CSV/TSV) — capture every measurement for analysis and traceability.
- Connect to MES — feed results into your manufacturing execution / quality systems.

V-Chassis — the modular hardware
The V-Chassis system is a chassis that holds 6 to 24 function cards, so a station can be configured to exactly the measurements a product needs — and expanded later. It comes with a range of function cards that cover the common requirements of electronics test.
The function cards
Each card is a building block of the test station. Mix and match them in the V-Chassis to match your test plan:
- Main board card — the interface between the PC and the sub-cards.
- IO card — reads and controls digital signals.
- DMM card — measures DC/AC voltage and current.
- RS232 card — communication over the RS232 standard.
- RS485 card — communication over the RS485 standard.
- Mux card — signal switching and multiplexing.
How it powers ICT and FCT
Combined with VILOOK TECH's ICT/FCT test jigs and custom test software, the Deep Logic + V-Chassis platform becomes a complete inspection station: the jig makes stable contact with the board, the cards take the measurements, and Deep Logic sequences the test, logs the data and gates pass/fail. Because the chassis is modular and the software is script-driven, the same platform adapts from one product line to the next.
